About Karuna Gingell-Beckmann
I started in web technologies, front-end development and database coursework — then moved into sales and sales operations, and from there into marketing and marketing operations. Over time I became less interested in the individual channel or tool and more interested in the operating model underneath it: how records are structured, how work moves between teams, where handoffs fail, how data is governed and how leadership gets a reliable view of performance.
That led me deeper into CRM and revenue operations, then merchant and customer operations, process governance, data architecture and automation — becoming the person who fixed the systems underneath the business, owning and shaping systems and data architecture spanning Finance, GTM, Product and Customer teams.
Today my work sits at the intersection of operations, data, systems and AI: redesigning how a business runs, then using technology to make that operating model more scalable, measurable and reliable. The earlier sales and marketing foundation makes me stronger at designing operational and AI systems around commercial outcomes — I work comfortably with executive leadership and delivery teams, turning an operational problem into a defined process, a data model, an integration and a measurable KPI.
More recently I have embedded automation and AI into core workflows, and I am extending my engineering depth into FastAPI, PySpark, Microsoft Fabric and Databricks alongside production AI integration.

What I bring to a contract
I understand how data, people, process, commercial objectives and technology fit together end to end.
I can work with leadership and delivery teams, define the outcome, map the architecture and turn ambiguity into a practical build plan.
I build, configure, test and iterate. My engineering depth is expanding deliberately so I can take more of the implementation layer end to end.
